Payment services for residents of Türkiye
Status for people who live in Türkiye, from each service’s own pages.
- PayoneerNot verified
We found no official Payoneer page that says whether residents of Türkiye can open an account or withdraw TRY to a local bank. Payoneer lists TRY only among currencies it can receive by SWIFT wire.
- PayPalNot available
PayPal stopped operating in Türkiye in June 2016 and says it is not permitted to provide its service there. Customers in Türkiye cannot send or receive money or withdraw to their bank accounts.
- WiseLimited
Residents of Türkiye cannot get Wise account details; existing details stop working and money sent to them is returned. They can still send international transfers from a Turkish bank account.
